The SoulPhone Project involves research and development to achieve accurate, reliable, clear, and rapid communication with postmaterial persons (so-called ‘departed’ persons)
Dr. Pitstick directed the SoulPhone Foundation for eight years. He is the spokesperson for the SoulPhone Project, assists research, and helps Dr. Schwartz with strategic planning and implementation. (Gary E. Schwartz PhD directs the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health (LACH). A former Harvard and Yale professor, Dr. Schwartz is now professor emeritus at the University of Arizona.)
As of March 2025, R & D is focused on producing a breakthrough SoulSwitch that provides Yes / No responses from postmaterialist persons in near-real time. That switch will allow R & D to start on the SoulKeyboard that will enable texting and typing with those who have changed worlds. After that, SoulAudio and SoulVideo are anticipated that, respectively, will allow talking with and seeing postmaterialist persons.
